  • I love the connections we get to make with our students. The leadership gives us a lot of autonomy to do what we need to do within our classrooms, which I believe leads to greater outcomes. Each of us has our strengths and we are allowed to utilize those in the best possible ways that fit within the parameters of Trinity. The leadership stands behind his teachers and that makes a world of a difference as we stand behind our students.
