NWEA MAP Testing
NWEA Measures of Academic Progress® (MAP®) Testing for grades K-8 will take place April 22-May 9. The best way to prepare for MAP testing is to make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep and eats breakfast.
Through this process, we will get a better idea of what the students know. This results in a rewarding experience for the student, and a wealth of detailed information for teachers, parents, and administrators.
MAP Testing presents students with engaging, age-appropriate content. As a student responds to questions, the test responds to the student, adjusting up or down in difficulty. As students answer a question correctly, they get a question of higher difficulty. If the students do not correctly answer the question, the next question will be a little lower in difficulty.

Bunny Boutique
Easter is on it’s way!
It’s time to get out the bunnies, eggs, butterflies and crosses. Our annual Bunny Boutique will be open Thursday, March 21st and Friday, March 22nd and students will have a chance to buy some Easter gifts for family and friends. Send a few dollars for them to buy something “eggstra” special. Proceeds go toward the Secret Angel Fund.
Trying to adjust the times the students get to shop, so there is more time for each class, means there are less slots for them to actually get to attend the Bunny Boutique. PLEASE MAKE SURE to send with money, labeled in an envelope or plastic baggy with your child’s name, to school by Thursday, March 21st so your child can shop!
